Mykell Messman is licensed to practice in all Virginia state courts, the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Messman is an active member of the local military community, serving as the Family Readiness Group President for the Army Norfolk Recruiting Command. Ms. Messman earned her Associates Degree, Bachelor of Arts Degree and her Juris Doctor while her husband was on active duty service with the US Army. Ms. Messman has experience in all aspects of Litigation. While attending law school, she was active in many organizations and participated in Regent's Trial Competition in which she was awarded the Individual Award for Best Cross Examination.
